Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable booking fee of 50% is required to secure all appointments and will be applied toward the total service price. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or failure to show, will result in the remaining 50% balance being charged to the card on file. No shows will be banned from booking future appointments. Clients are allowed one (1) reschedule using the same deposit. The rescheduled appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date. After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. Late Policy Please arrive on time to ensure the best service experience. • A $15 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. • Lateness that exceed 15 minutes late will be canceled unless otherwise stated. Before & After Hours If you would like a before or after regular business hour appointment, it will be an additional $35 fee added to the service total.
